Plane Ride

June 10

Our son-in-law, Devon, has been a flight instructor at Moncton Flight College (Fredericton campus) for the past five years or so. It was finally my chance to go for an airplane ride with him.

I successfully folded myself into the little Diamond airplane and off we went. He was very kind to me and didn’t do a bunch of stalls and spins. Rather, we took a leisurely scenic flight along the Saint John River over Fredericton up to King's Landing and back. It was a beautiful morning to see God's creation: the vast forests and beautiful river.

The Diamond.

I'm still smiling.  No barf bag needed.
