It's a long way to Bahir Dar. Everything went smoothly. All connections were made and we were met at the airports with friendly greetings. After more than 24 hours with no sleep (or a few cat naps on the 13 hour flight to Addis Ababa), this wonderful hotel bed was a sight for sore eyes and tired bodies. Tomorrow we will discover what Bahir Dar has to offer.
